Job Duties
- Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty
- clear and reset tables to standards
- insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped
- work carefully to avoid breakage and loss
- keep refillable beverages full and notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables
- inform server of potential issues with guests
- stock and restock appropriate linens and station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers
- complete assigned side work, side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on-duty
- comply with all Sunriver policies, procedures, and safety regulations
