  • previous experience as a busser

Job Duties

  • Prepare dining areas before guests are seated including setting silverware napkins tableware and condiments
  • remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
  • clean and reset tables after guests leave
  • act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
  • maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
  • inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests
  • perform other duties as assigned by upper management
