Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated including setting silverware napkins tableware and condiments
- remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
- clean and reset tables after guests leave
- act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
- maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
- inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests
- perform other duties as assigned by upper management
