Job Requirements

- Must obtain all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment

- Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications obtained prior to employment
Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- Clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors between seatings
- Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- Assist server with food delivery during peak periods and large parties
- Continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and back of house in stocking, cleaning, and other requested assistance
