Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for up to 10 hours
  • Must obtain all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
  • Able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
  • All county required food and alcohol serving certifications obtained prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
  • Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
  • Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
  • Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
  • Clean and clear tables after each guest experience
  • Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors between seatings
  • Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
  • Assist server with food delivery during peak periods and large parties
  • Continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and back of house in stocking, cleaning, and other requested assistance
