Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- any combination of education, training or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities
- ability to understand, read and speak English
- capability to follow detailed procedures
- ability to maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- availability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- successful completion of background check and drug screening
- obtain gaming license
- obtain local food handler permit following hire
- regular attendance required

Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service
- greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner
- serve beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments
- quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for re-setting
- promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed
- transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- perform general cleaning tasks using cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards
- fold napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
- report any suspicious persons or activity immediately to a supervisor
- perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills or fulfilling special guest requests
- complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross-training as a food runner
- understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
