Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, bend, and stoop
  • Able to work standing for long hours up to 10 hours
  • Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
  • Completion of all county-required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Completion of all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
  • Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
  • Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
  • Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
  • Clean and clear tables after each guest experience
  • Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths
  • Check floor and clean as required
  • Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests
  • Communicate guest requests to server as needed
  • Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
  • Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
