Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, bend, and stoop
- Able to work standing for long hours up to 10 hours
- Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
- Completion of all county-required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Basic knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Completion of all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- Clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths
- Check floor and clean as required
- Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- Respond appropriately to guest requests
- Communicate guest requests to server as needed
- Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
