Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of busser experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays

- Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation

- Ability to address problems quickly and turn tough situations into positive outcomes
- Flexibility in schedule and open availability
Job Duties
- Clear tables efficiently and promptly
- Reset tables with clean linens, flatware, and glassware
- Support servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and assisting with guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining rooms before and after service
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
