Job Qualifications

  • ability to carry and balance multiple plates
  • friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per company standards
  • observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
  • pre-bus and bus tables including sweeping the floor
  • maintain working knowledge of food safety standards
  • maintain an outgoing personality and friendly communication with guests and team
  • safely carry and balance several plates of food at one time as a food runner
  • communicate clearly with guests, servers, bartenders, or managers about guest concerns
  • refill all non-alcoholic drinks and communicate guest requests to servers
  • maintain a positive attitude, handle stress well, and work at a quick pace
  • restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room necessities
  • provide best-in-class service with a warm and outgoing approach
  • interact regularly with seated guests to attend to needs missed by servers
