Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per company standards
- observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
- pre-bus and bus tables including sweeping the floor
- maintain working knowledge of food safety standards
- maintain an outgoing personality and friendly communication with guests and team
- safely carry and balance several plates of food at one time as a food runner
- communicate clearly with guests, servers, bartenders, or managers about guest concerns
- refill all non-alcoholic drinks and communicate guest requests to servers
- maintain a positive attitude, handle stress well, and work at a quick pace
- restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room necessities
- provide best-in-class service with a warm and outgoing approach
- interact regularly with seated guests to attend to needs missed by servers
