Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Able to stand for an active 8-hour shift
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- Able to hear, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination at using hands to write, carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time

Job Duties
- Understand guest-obsessed culture and create positive guest experiences
- Clear and reset tables according to BR90 standards
- Maintain floors and service areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs
- Maintain clean and stocked side stations including preparing beverages and replenishing supplies
- Clean and stock expo window by wiping surfaces and restocking plates and silverware
- Remove and empty bus buckets from the bar as needed
- Assist team members by pre-bussing and clearing or resetting tables
- Arrive on time, well-groomed and in proper work attire
- Clock in and out as scheduled
- Demonstrate helpful and positive attitude
- Complete all tasks assigned by managers or supervisors
- Assist team members to ensure high food, beverage, and hospitality standards
- Inspect and clean restrooms, dining room, and lobby
- Report unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards
