Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Able to stand for an active 8-hour shift
  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Able to hear, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
  • Skill and coordination at using hands to write, carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time

Job Duties

  • Understand guest-obsessed culture and create positive guest experiences
  • Clear and reset tables according to BR90 standards
  • Maintain floors and service areas
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs
  • Maintain clean and stocked side stations including preparing beverages and replenishing supplies
  • Clean and stock expo window by wiping surfaces and restocking plates and silverware
  • Remove and empty bus buckets from the bar as needed
  • Assist team members by pre-bussing and clearing or resetting tables
  • Arrive on time, well-groomed and in proper work attire
  • Clock in and out as scheduled
  • Demonstrate helpful and positive attitude
  • Complete all tasks assigned by managers or supervisors
  • Assist team members to ensure high food, beverage, and hospitality standards
  • Inspect and clean restrooms, dining room, and lobby
  • Report unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards
