Job Duties

  • Promptly greet guests and provide water service upon seating
  • clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
  • maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths
  • assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times and with large parties
  • monitor assigned restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed
  • communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover
  • respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any special needs
  • handle tableware and dishware with care, transporting items to the dishwashing area
  • assist with the overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed
  • follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
