Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests and provide water service upon seating
- clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
- maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths
- assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times and with large parties
- monitor assigned restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed
- communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover
- respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any special needs
- handle tableware and dishware with care, transporting items to the dishwashing area
- assist with the overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed
- follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
