Job Duties
- Clear clean sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- Communicate and update hosts and servers when tables are ready for seating
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness
- Use a spray bottle and cloth towel to clean tables efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the host team to signal table readiness
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning tasks
- Assist with maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness as needed
