Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 per local laws
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree
- Willingness to obtain food handlers and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitized tables and dining areas
- Ensure the gastrobar environment is spotless
- Assist team members to keep service running smoothly
- Adapt service style to guest needs, being quick and efficient or unobtrusive as required
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Uphold safety and compliance standards throughout the shift
- Take pride in maintaining a welcoming and organized workspace
