Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred but not required previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Willing to obtain food handlers and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming space
  • Maintain sanitized tables and a spotless Gastrobar environment
  • Adapt to guests' energy by being quick and efficient or unobtrusive and engaging as needed
  • Bring genuine hospitality and care to every shift
  • Support teammates to keep service running smoothly
  • Take pride in maintaining cleanliness without cutting corners
