Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred but not required previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Willing to obtain food handlers and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Maintain sanitized tables and a spotless Gastrobar environment
- Adapt to guests' energy by being quick and efficient or unobtrusive and engaging as needed

- Support teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Take pride in maintaining cleanliness without cutting corners
