Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Effective communication skills to engage with guests professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Some hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain food handler and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
Job Duties
- Ensuring all tables and dining areas are clean and sanitized
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Assisting servers and team members to keep service running smoothly
- Adapting service style to guest needs by being quick, efficient, unobtrusive, or engaging
- Supporting the overall sanitation and organization of the Gastrobar
- Taking pride in work quality and attention to detail
- Helping maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards
