Job Requirements
- Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday mornings, 10am to 3pm
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, turn, reach and balance for long periods
- Physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials
- Must have a Food Handlers Permit
- Previous experience in a food and beverage setting preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide a friendly professional greeting to members upon seating
- Assists servers in their tasks
- Serves water as guests are seated
- Assists in carrying food trays to tables
- Removes soiled dishes from table and brings to dish washing area
- Removes and replaces table linens
- Sets tables with silverware, glassware and clean linen
- Cleans the floors in the dining room
- Stocks server’s station with supplies
- Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period
- Dusts and cleans chairs before and after meal service
- Keeps ice buckets and bins filled
- Perform all other duties assigned
