Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, up to 8 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with servers and hostesses
- Willingness to assist team members and attend to guest needs
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dining and restroom areas

- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Experience is a plus but not required as training is provided
Job Duties
- Keep dining room floors and all guest visitation areas clean and dry to ensure guest safety
- Stock and clean bathrooms and hand washing stations
- Buss tables efficiently by quickly cleaning and resetting tables according to company standards
- Help fellow team members such as servers and bartenders when appropriate
- Communicate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and guest service
- Attend to any guest requests and resolve concerns quickly and efficiently
- Look for additional work needed to support servers and complete all side work and extra duties assigned by managers
- Work walking and standing for 100 percent of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Safely lift and maneuver trays of dishes weighing up to 50 pounds
