Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to assist guests in choosing menu items and answer questions
- Review orders with guests or third-party delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and exceed guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to dishwasher stations and resetting tables
- Restock, clean, and maintain restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
