Job Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years related experience required
- Must have working knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Must be able to speak and follow written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and busser duties
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- Ability to speak and follow verbal and written communications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Provide guest first service and hospitality
- Bus tables in the dining room as guests depart
- Maintain side stations clean and stocked
- Ensure restrooms, dining room, and wait areas are clean and presentable
- Carry full bus tubs to dishwasher and unload them in an organized manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support the overall cleanliness and service standards of the restaurant
