Job Requirements
- complete scheduling flexibility, including holidays and weekends, based on the needs of the property
- prior high volume restaurant experience
- prior hotel or casino experience preferred
- able to lift heavy trays and move tables and chairs as needed
- able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- exhibits a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude
- must be a team player

Job Duties
- provide a comfortable environment for our guests
- function as an ambassador for the MotorCity Casino-Hotel
- clear tables after guests depart, taking silverware, dishes, and glassware to appropriate areas
- promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floor
- set up tables
- assist server with food delivery and other requests during peak periods
- respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers if necessary
- smile and make eye contact with guests and thank them as they depart
- maintain impeccable appearance of restaurant outlet
- must have a strong desire to develop repeat clientele by consistently providing great guest service
- performs other duties as assigned
