Job Requirements
- Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary
- occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare tables for service and assist servers in clearing tables, quickly and efficiently
- maintain a demeanor of professionalism and excellence in service delivery
- assist with the setup and breakdown of special events and private dining experiences
- collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency
- ensure all dining areas are stocked with necessary supplies
- champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times
