Job Duties
- maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- remove dishes, utensils, glassware, and paper products from tables and dining areas
- deliver dishes and utensils to dishwasher for cleaning
- empty food and paper waste to trash
- arrange table and chairs upon guest's departure
- sweep around and under each table/chair upon guest departure
- clean highchairs and booster seats
- clean handrails and steps on a regular basis
- ensure areas are free of hazards
