Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Acknowledge all guest in a smiling, friendly manner
- Assist the servers in pre-bussing dishware as the guests has finished eating
- Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after a guest departs from the table
- Reset all tables within a timely manner after guest departure including the silverware setup and cleanliness detail
- Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas to include ensuring cleanliness upon departing from restrooms
- Communicate with FOH staff and management to keep one another informed, wears a headset
- Participate in ongoing training and development
