Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Ability to maneuver effectively between simultaneous tasks
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Capable of grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing
- Must have good listening, hearing, and visual abilities
- Must be available for part-time shifts
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Work seamlessly with the kitchen and front of house teams to provide exceptional and timely service
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth dining experience
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages as needed
- Manage the timely removal of dirty dishes and utensils
- Engage positively with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout the restaurant
