Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and spot sweep as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or close
- Buss and reset tables
- Offer assistance to guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- Assist in party setup
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs
- Assist other team members as business needs dictate
- Smile and remain friendly during shifts
