Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience required
- Ability to work full time schedule Wednesday through Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods
- Willingness to follow company safety policies including use of protective gloves and proper lifting techniques
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work full time Wednesday through Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment
- Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- Assists servers with food and beverage service
- Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
- Performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- Cleans unexpected spills, handles special guest requests, and greets and seats guests
- Performs other duties as assigned
