Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous but not required
- strong communication and teamwork skills

- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- update and communicate to Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating
- perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
- signal table readiness to Hosts
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section
- assist in stocking and cleaning duties as needed
