Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
ability to stand for long periods
capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
strong attention to detail
excellent communication skills
ability to respond promptly to guest needs
dependability and punctuality
willingness to work flexible shifts including open, mid, and close
ability to follow safety and security procedures

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Food Handler's Card
local government food safety certification where applicable
local government alcohol service certification where applicable

Job Duties

Resets tables according to specifications of restaurant
removes plates and silverware when all guests have finished
sets up and breaks down dining room for each shift
maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift
performs all opening and closing side work as required
performs additional responsibilities as requested by a manager at any time
performs all side duties as assigned
