Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave including removing dishes utensils and glassware
- set tables with appropriate utensils glassware and napkins before new guests are seated
- assist servers by refilling water glasses replenishing condiments and providing additional service items as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including floors and restrooms
- communicate effectively with servers to ensure timely and efficient service
- handle and dispose of waste properly following all health and safety guidelines
- assist with special tasks or projects as assigned by the management team
