Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a busy environment with active physical tasks
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring every player has what they need
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Jump in to support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment
- Live and promote Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring every day
