Job Requirements

Job Duties
- wait for guests to finish eating before clearing tables
- clear dirty plates, glasses, and silverware from the table
- wipe down and sanitize tables
- sweep or vacuum the floor and chairs to clean food spills
- restock tables with silverware, placemats, and napkins
- empty trash cans and replace bags
- transport garbage to dumpsters or trash compactors
- wash dishes either by hand or dishwasher
- put away dried dishes in proper locations
- mop spills in kitchen or dining areas
- assist with seating guests during busy times
- serve customers drinks and appetizers as needed
