Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bussing or similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment

- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure and in stressful situations
- Must follow handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Keep ping pong areas tidy with ping pong balls picked up and baskets filled with balls
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and general areas
- Remove glassware, flatware, and dishes
- Set up necessary items for service
- Perform end of day facility upkeep including cleaning, sweeping, and mopping in preparation for next day business
- Perform other duties as assigned
