- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitization procedures
Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- Update and communicate to hosts and servers when tables are available for seating
- Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
- Ensure timely and efficient table turnover to support customer flow
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the dining area
- Assist servers as needed during peak business hours
