Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of experience as a busser in a busy restaurant setting
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Physically able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
Commitment to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations
Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

At least one full year of busser experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Knowledge of steps of service, food safety, and sanitation standards
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to anticipate guest needs and address issues effectively
Flexible schedule with open availability

Job Duties

Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including floors and seating
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Anticipate and address guest needs quickly and professionally
Support team members during high-volume periods to ensure smooth service
Handle guest inquiries or concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach
