Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- maintaining a well-groomed appearance
- following all uniform guidelines
- practicing general safety and sanitation standards
- recycling products where possible
- ability to move throughout the café for extended periods including standing, walking, kneeling, and bending
- ability to sit for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive arm, hand, and wrist movements
- manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, balance, or carry up to 10 pounds
- ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environments
- ability to travel via auto or airplane for long periods
Job Qualifications

- ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere

- positive and friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers
Job Duties
- Clearing dirty tables
- resetting tables
- sweeping the floor
- emptying trash cans
- stocking ice/products
- maintaining a clean and organized back dock area
- pre-bussing tables
- assisting and communicating with hosts, servers, and other bussers
- removing ketchups, refilling guest drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes in some cafes
