Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift
- capable of standing and walking for prolonged periods
- physical ability to reach bend stoop and wipe frequently
- successful completion of company-required training and certifications within the first 60 days
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- adherence to all safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- No prior education or experience required
- must be 18 years of age or older
- capable of completing all training requirements including alcohol certification within 60 days
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- adherence to company appearance and conduct standards
Job Duties
- Clean tables of dirty dishes and linens and wipe and reset table in a timely manner
- scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning
- run food to guests from expo line to dining areas using tray carrying techniques
- serve beverages and bread to guests
- complete specified number of rolled silverware assigned by management
- communicate with guests and team members conveying specials and promotions
- conduct regular restroom checks and restock restroom supplies as needed
- perform light duty cleaning including use of mops and cleaners
- take out linen and trash
- stock plates
- empty bus tubs
- refill ice
- wash glassware
- assist other FOH and BOH team members
- assist in the bar area as needed including washing and restocking glassware
