Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant bussing or similar roles is an asset

Job Duties
- Clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing station opening and closing setup for each shift
- Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items as needed
- Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware for service
- Ensuring chairs, floors, and guest dining areas are clean and welcoming
- Assisting team members to maintain overall dining room cleanliness
- Contributing to a positive and energetic brewhouse atmosphere
