Job Duties
- Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart
- assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread and condiments, and delivering items as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
- responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas
- ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always, including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check, report any maintenance issues immediately
