Job Duties
- Clear tables and transport dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
- Assist servers with refilling drinks and delivering food to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, and cleaning windows
- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
