Job Requirements
- Regular on-site attendance required
- Ability to effectively communicate with managers, staff and customers to eachs understanding
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Flexible and adaptable with strong stress management skills
- Must be physically able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must adhere to personal appearance and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Sanitation certificate
- Previous restaurant experience
- Certification in alcohol awareness program
- Certification in CPR
- Effective communication with managers, staff, and customers
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Strong stress management skills
Job Duties
- Communicate with and assist food servers to provide quality food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment
- Stock beer and soft drinks for the bar
- Assist all departments in maintaining stock and cleanliness
- Maintain positive guest relations and strive to exceed guest expectations
- Handle guest complaints promptly and involve management when necessary
- Assist in training new employees according to restaurant standards
