Job Requirements
- Proven experience as janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in training
- Must attend and successfully complete training program prior to working without supervision
- Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
- Attendance and successful completion of orientation and training programs
- Completion of any required food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure standards for house of hospitality, safety and sanitation, and general hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
