Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Busser or in a related position in a restaurant or hotel
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Must maintain current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit

Job Duties

Set and clear tables in a timely manner, ensuring that each table is clean and properly set with utensils, condiments, and other necessary items
Assist servers with food and beverage service, delivering food and drinks to tables, and clearing plates and glasses
Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized at all times, including cleaning spills and maintaining a tidy appearance of the dining room
Communicate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to guests
Handle customer complaints and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and disposal of food, and use of cleaning chemicals
