Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness by efficiently removing used tableware and cleaning tables, chairs, and booths between seatings
Regularly check and clean floors, windows, and seat cracks
Inspect and clean restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure a pristine environment
Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate effectively with servers
Thank guests as they leave to enhance their experience
Collaborate with servers and hostesses to ensure smooth seating and optimal table utilization
Assist servers with plate removal during busy times and large parties
Keep all front of house areas clean and presentable
Step in to assist in other areas as directed for smooth restaurant operation
