Job Qualifications
- Prefer a minimum of 1-year full service restaurant bus experience or equivalent
- meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- project a friendly, courteous and pleasant attitude

- provide a clean, well-manicured appearance reflecting the restaurant's image
- safely transport containers weighing up to 30 pounds
- sufficiently master English to respond properly to questions and directions
- stand and/or walk for entire shift
- transport dishes, bus tubs, and trays safely
- accept constructive criticism
- work variable and flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety
- assist service team with food and beverage service
- perform team service as instructed by team leader/manager
- complete ice and water service as required by the restaurant
- complete bread and butter/oil service as required
- refill water glasses with ice and water
- refill bread and butter/oil
- keep tables free of dirty dishes, empty glassware, debris, and empty bottles
- crumb and/or wipe tables when appropriate
- maintain silverware service by replacing as needed
- remove used service dishes and utensils to bus tubs or trays
- complete all side work as assigned
- wrap leftover food for take-home upon request
- remove all final items from the table of a party of four in a single trip
- clean and reset tables quickly according to procedures
- properly change CO2 and soda dispensers
- refrain from smoking during shifts
- perform calmly and effectively under pressure
- communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
