Job Duties
- Clear tables and transport dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
- assist servers with refilling drinks and delivering food to tables
- maintain cleanliness of dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, and cleaning windows
- ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
