Job Requirements

- No previous experience required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform required duties
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Acknowledge all guests in a smiling, friendly manner
- Assist the servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
- Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after a guest departs from the table
- Reset all tables within a timely manner after guest departure including the silverware setup and cleanliness detail
- Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas including ensuring cleanliness upon departing from restrooms
- Communicate with FOH staff and management to keep one another informed
- Participate in ongoing training and development
