Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous fine dining and high volume food service experience
- availability to work part time Monday through Friday with varying hours
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving tables and chairs
- must be able to work at Paramount Pictures location in Los Angeles, CA
- capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining and high volume food service
- ability to perform essential busser duties efficiently
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in fast-paced environment
- knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and safety
- ability to assist servers with food and beverage service
- ability to perform multiple tasks and maintain energy throughout shifts
Job Duties
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary
- serve guests beverages, breads and butter and replenish as necessary
- assist servers with food and beverage service
- transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- fold napkins throughout the day to maintain adequate supply
- perform all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- perform other duties as assigned such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests
