ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting duties
strong interpersonal skills
reliable and punctual
basic understanding of sanitation standards

Job Duties

assure and maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
communicate when tables are ready to be seated
perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
roll silverware
maintain restroom cleanliness
assist servers as needed
support team in delivering exceptional guest experience
