Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food handler certification
- At least one year of cocktail server experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Hepatitis A vaccination on or before first day of work
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- Smile, provide exceptional customer service, and always treat guests and coworkers with respect
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in a fast-paced environment
- Be knowledgeable in the products the company serves
- Understand and uphold brand standards and customer service excellence
- Keep the restaurant and surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized
- Serve guest water and refill guest beverages
- Assist restaurant servers as needed
- Communicate effectively with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
- Report all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management
- Comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the food and beverage department and state
- Follow the company’s attendance policy and other handbook regulations
- Complete assignable work tasks requested by departmental leaders
- Prioritize needs proactively and manage resources effectively
- Report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately
- Ensure customer service standards steps are met and retained
- Perform other duties as assigned
