Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Food handler certification
  • At least one year of cocktail server experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Hepatitis A vaccination on or before first day of work
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • Smile, provide exceptional customer service, and always treat guests and coworkers with respect
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in a fast-paced environment
  • Be knowledgeable in the products the company serves
  • Understand and uphold brand standards and customer service excellence
  • Keep the restaurant and surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized
  • Serve guest water and refill guest beverages
  • Assist restaurant servers as needed
  • Communicate effectively with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
  • Report all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management
  • Comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the food and beverage department and state
  • Follow the company’s attendance policy and other handbook regulations
  • Complete assignable work tasks requested by departmental leaders
  • Prioritize needs proactively and manage resources effectively
  • Report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately
  • Ensure customer service standards steps are met and retained
  • Perform other duties as assigned
