- ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machines, iced tea machines, lemon slicers, point of sale systems
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain one

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guest questions
- review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations
- clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed, remove bus tubs from the bar to the kitchen dishwasher station
- restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- understand restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
- serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
