- high school diploma or ged
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to meet physical demands of the role
- strong attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- willingness to obtain food handler and alcohol certifications within 14 days of hire
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations
- assist servers by clearing tables and resetting them for incoming guests
- refill water glasses and deliver beverages as needed
- support the flow of service in a fast-paced environment
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- handle physical demands of restaurant work including standing and lifting
