Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willing to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their dining and takeout experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guest questions
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with third-party delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
Remove bus tubs from the bar to the kitchen dishwasher station
